Where do I begin:
1. How about the guy squatting out of the bottom position?
2. The guy doing heavy lunges with clean grip?
3. No wasted movements. Everything is efficient. They are not jumping 2 feet off of the ground for their cleans or shrugging their shoulders up to their ears (Like me.)
