Sorry for the late reply. I'm after a program that'll make me look/feel better and keep healthy. I'm not really enjoying training crossfit and finding its just leaving me burned out beyond anything.
I took a bit of time away to try and rest up thus the late reply. I usually train at home but I do goto a crossfit gym 2/3 times a week. So I have alot of gear to work with at home.
