It can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.
First: address any weaknesses that you may have and work on them.
Do the 4 lifts-Squat;Deadlift;Benchpress; Shoulder Press.
Long Slow Distance for endurance base.
Stretch constantly
Find a sport/activity that you enjoy and pursue it
HAVE FUN
WORK SENSIBLY
