Your goal is likely to be counter productive. You can test things to see how it goes, but I am guessing that you're not going to be happy with the results if you get to 6-7% bodyfat.

As a general rule, you will almost always perform better with more bodyfat on you than you would like to see in the mirror.

That is the one good piece of information I got from my Level 1 Cert.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
