I'm 41, have been weightlifting for 4 years. I ran my weight up to 94kg twice, trying to gain mass, but my lifts never did much, so I've been engaged since November in getting fat down. My goal is to be 85kg at 10% BF or so, I'm 83kg at 12+% now. So very doable.
