A return to recording my workouts

Body weight 107.2 ( depressingly discovered I had put on 4kg since last year)

Short 20 min bicycle ride

Back Squats 6x3
1. 115, 2. 135, 3. 140, 4. 145, 5. 145, 6. 150

Mil Press 6x3
1. 50, 2. 55, 3. 60, 4. 65, 5. 70, 6. 70
