Random observation: I've been eating high carb + protein meals after working out. Often, the net effect is extremely depressed appetite. Yesterday, I had yogurt, protein powder, rice krispies, low fat milk, bread and a bit of butter. Call it 1800 calories max. Had absolutely no appetite.
