Front Squats 3x5
1. 95, 2. 115, 3. 115

Bent over rows 3x8
1. 65, 2. 85, 3. 85

Initially wanted to do 5x5 on squats and 5x8 on rows, but was pressed for time. Also promised myself I would do abs later but that hasn't happened.
