After a bit over three weeks of this daily lifting experiment:

I've gained about 4.5# bodyweight, about 3.5# lean mass. The lean mass gain would seem to explain the rise in average snatch and jerk; over the past week, as my weight has stabilized, so have the major lifts.

I'm going to take a down week (work to comfortable max in snatch and j/c&j and work to comfortable single front squat Tuesday-Thursday, off Friday and Saturday) preparatory to the weightlifting seminar, then take off 4# and do the whole experiment again
