It really is, its just a compilation of gold. The design of that olympic weightlifting/ strength training program is amazing. I thought how he collaborates the 2 different "movement rates" programs into 1 program was pretty damn fascinating to produce a stronger training effect. A stark contrast compared what you hear from the USA coaches which are usually recommending a "bulgarian", or 5x5, or 3x3, or a fixed rep scheme.
