275+200 PR on the CLN
I was taking my time and lost track of it, I would have done more but I had a class walk in as I was PRing on the CLN so I cut it then... I'll tell myself I could have done more
I like these alternating BS+CLN combo workouts. Always seem to be progressive (for the time being) and I don't have to think too much...
