crossfit is what it is perceived as by the masses...high effort aerobics consisting of a signature blend of 0% progression and 100% variation. from 1/1/11 to 4/30/11 70% of the "wods" prescribed on .com were predominantly aerobic, 21% phosphagen and only 9% glycolytic (being generous here).
