I just ran into another multi mass page thread making fun of Crossfit on a forum with absolutely no connection with exercise. Its like the number one troll topic online, we should just tell everyone to make a worldwide ban on any discussion on Crossfit and maybe, just maybe, they'll wither away and disappear. This shit is like a grease fire.
