Its been a while, hurt my back deadlifting...again. Gonna cut the lift out for a while, focus on other things.

Squat:

195 x 5
225 x 5
255 x 5

Press:

95 x 5
115 x 5
125 x 5

Pullups

Ab wheel rollouts 10 x 2
