Squat: 45x10, 105x10, 145x12, 185x12, 225x12
Bench: 45x10, 105x8, 130x5, 155x3, 175x3, 200x4, 145x12
DB Rows: 50x12,12, 70x10, 10, 100x10(L), 26(R), 80x20(L)

Time to switch up db rows, I think my left arm can't keep up.
