Green Tea Supplementation?
Just a quick question on Green Tea supplementation.
In my quest to get leaner ive started experimenting with it.
Has anyone used Green Tea supp's to help get leaner?
In saying this my diet is very dialed in. Very strict Paleo. Mostly grass fed meat, lift heavy weights, lots of walking etc.
So will the green tea supp help me lean out a tad more or more easily combined with the above kind of diet and exercise?
