Kyle Pierce Program, Week 2, Monday, 12.19.11

Push Press - 140 x 10, 135 x 10, 125 x 10 3/3/3
Back Squat - 305 x 10, 290 x 10, 275 x 10 4/3/3
Bench - 190 x 10, 180 x 10, 170 x 10 3/3/3
Military Press - 95 x 10, 85 x 10, 80 x 10 3/3/3

Moved back home yesterday for the break and started training in a huge crossfit gym downtown. Loved it, and I could smell the money being made in that gym. Squats were super hard, I may try 315 next week depending how I feel/amped up I am.
