Push Press - 150 x 10
Back Squat - 327 x 10
Bench - 210 x 10
Military Press - 115 x 10

Starting the year of 2012 off right with this 10RM Squat PR. I'm a lot happier with my depth this time as my hips were a lot looser today. During this unload week I'm unloading from all the volume I've been doing the past 3 weeks and still keeping the intensity high.
