There really isn't much to know - the rest of the lift should be the same as a squat snatch. If you're getting into a legit deep split, you won't be bringing your front foot as far forward than if you're doing a split that more resembles a jerk split (which I assume you are - most lifters who split these days do so because of injuries and flexibility limitations that prevent them from getting into a deep split nearly as much as a squat).
