Friday March 9th

Treadmill Walk
45 minutes, 5.0 incline, 4mph

HR was steady around 144. Carbs are now lowered to 0, besides what I get from 2 table spoons each of almond/peanut butter per day. Kind of a disappointing week, I only lost 1 pound.
