Clean and Jerk - 247 x 1, 257 x 1, 262 x 1, 272 x 1, 272 x miss
Back Squat - 402 x 1 (fail)
Split Jerk - worked up to 267 x 1
Push Press - 232 x failed both
Bench - 280lbs x 1 (fail)
Bodyweight - 176lbs
Solid on the clean and jerk today. Just failed on everything else. I wonder if my bodyweight dropping 4lbs in a week had to do with anything? Oh well, I back squatted 2.28x BW today full depth and the most weight I had ever done was 405lbs x 1 to parallel last summer.
