I would invite you to check out the magazine, especially the "What is functional fitness" in the second issue if you'd only got a second.
I'm trying to differentiate GPP for the masses through thoughtful training and lifestyle changes from "crossfit" as it's too often applied (i.e. with an elitist view and without consideration of the individual's goals and needs).
I am very open to any contriubtions you might wish to make on the topic of olympic weightlifting, primarily as it pertains to the generalist.
