The main thing is to recuperate as much as possible and find ways to boost your confidence. Emphasize your sleep routine, take naps during the afternoons when you can, take a few minutes now and then to shut your eyes and visualize your lifts. Lots of different ways to do that, but a simple starting point is to literally do your entire warm-up and your platform lifts in your head. I also like to watch lifting videos - but make sure you watch ones that feature good lifters doing things properly and don't watch the misses if you can help it.
