115lbs x 2 reps x 5 sets

Snatch Push Press + Over-head Squat x 3 x 2 + 3 sets
165lbs x 3 x 2 + 3

Conditioning:

5 power cleans @ 185lbs
12 burpees
15 pull-ups (dead-hang + kipping)
