For the last three weeks I've started a new programming. I follow all the olympic lifting wods posted here. then, for my power training, I use Chad Smith's Juggernaut system for four main lifts: high bar back squat Monday, deadlift tuesday, front squat wednesday, push press thursday. I like that its broken into waves, it starts light so you can work volume and form, and you have near max efforts for at least one set every day. It's only been three weeks, but I'm already seeing results. Plus, i think the lifts I've chosen relate strongly to the work to be done here in weightlifting which is my main goal. I guess what it comes down to is that there is a lot out there, take a look, try a few things out, see what you like and stick with it. Make sure your doing the movements correctly and I'm sure you'll see progress.
BTW, has anyone else heard of or tried Chad Smiths system? If so, thoughts?
