I too am on board with Larry's progression. There are just certain things that must be taken care of before we get too jiggy. Just one more addition--consistency is criitical with nutrition. The most common theme among my clients is 1 week of disciplined nutrition followed by 1-3 weeks of nonsense. Not much progress to be had with that approach.
