24 May 2012 Thursday

Another hotel workout this time at the Embassy Suites in Newark DE. I got my swole on people. I hit every DB lift for upper body plus some grip specific stuff. The highlight had to be 3 sets of incline DB bench with 50 LB'ers for 12 reps each. That was a pleasant surprise.

I am forgetting something but don't know what. Good work out and I have already done 5 expense reports (the bane of my existence) 2 sales webinars and 2 contracts. Been a very productive day. In fact I think I am going to take the rest of the day and the weekend off.
