When would you be weightlifting, and what would those relative intensities be?

You could just follow a Bulgarian approach and go to max like this:

Monday:
Front Squat & CJ
Tuesday:
Back Squat & Power Snatch
Thurs:
CJ from blocks & Clean Pulls
Friday
Squat & Snatch
