Weight felt heavy, motivation wasn't there.

Couch 2 5k - Week 1 Workout 2
1.9 miles


Far juicier than Wednesdays distance. Almost a ten minute mile pace with only 8 minutes of actual running. Wasn't pushing balls out either.

191 today.
