I like glutamine immediately post workout. I've never seen anything w BCAAs, although I know some people who swear they work. I like the Podium Gold creatine that we sell - has beta-alaline with it. It's expensive, but as someone who doesn't respond particularly well to creatine, I find it actually helps me a bit so I'd rather spend a bit more and get an effect than spend less for nothing at all.
