I think it is pretty normal at first. I saw an ART practitioner and he removed a bunch of "gunk" in my wrists and forearms. It also improved my front rack position quite a bit. I also recommend strengthening your extensor muscles (the top of your forearm) if it doesn't get better.
According to Robb Wolf, Ido Portal does alot of joint prep work to help with this type of issue. Definitely warm up your wrists before a session and you can improve the strength of the joint by VERY SLOWLY building up both flexibility and strength. check out this link...
