And what information do you wish you had your hands on that you do not have?
That could either 1) achieve your goals at a higher quality and efficiency, or 2) achieve your goals and improve the quality of your coaching
********** I saw the Soviet men's volleyball team in the 80's perform a warm up that looked like a circus. Walking on hands,back flip,forward flip and other acrobatic moves often performing a technical skill like a dig after. This is real GPP. Other sports that enhance your sport. Examples would be gymnastics,acrobatics,track and field etc. Not tire flipping an/or backward sled dragging.
