Nagging injuries in the wrist and pelvis have somewhat de-railed my training for the last week. I did manage to do some body weight stuff...ring dips, pullups, etc etc.
Don't know what I'm going to do. Seems like the only thing I can do that dosen't hurt is kettlebells. May have to get on an extensive KB program...We'll see. To say I'm depressed is an understatement...haha.
Diet is going to shit it seems too. After I got home from deployment and took that vacation...really haven't been the same. Put some chubby weight...which I don't mind if I'm lifting heavy...but I can't lift heavy due to the above issues. Thinking about doing IF again.
Hopefully the next time I post on this log...its with some training!
