Cresent swings x 10 x 2 sets @ 24kg
No hands TGU x 3 @ 24kg
Alternating cleans x 10 x 3 sets @ 24kg
Towel swings x 10 each direction x 2 sets @ 16kg
Double get up situps x 5 x 2 sets w/ 2 16kg
Later on did the following:
400m run warm up
30 sprawl to KB front squat @ 30lbs
20 spyder man pushups
20 sprawl to KB front squat @ 53lbs
20 diamond pushups
10 sprawl to KB front squat @ 70lb
10 plyo pushups
