Steve Cotter's Kettlebell programming

Multi-Directional Walking Swings x 30 @ 53lbs
Over-Head Squat x 5/5 @ 70lbs
Sots Press x 3/3 @ 53lbs
OH Squat/Sots Press Combo x 3/3 x 2 sets @ 53lbs/60lbs
Body-weight Pistols x 5/5 x 2 sets
Extended 1 arm snatch x 10/10 x 3 sets @ 53lbs/53lbs/60lbs
Bottoms up clean & press x 5/5 x 2 sets @ 45lbs
Hack Squats x 5 x 3 sets @ 45lbs
Double Rack Walk x 1:30 x 2 sets @ 2 53lb KB

Afterwards did some box jumps, lateral jumps, and 2 KB juggles w/ 2 30lb KBs..
