-OVERHEAD SQUAT 10L/10R @ 60lbs
-CLEANS 15L/15R @ 53lbs
-WOOD-CHOPPERS 10L/10R @ 53lbs
-CLEAN & PUSH PRESS 15L/15R @ 60lbs
-TAME THE ARC X 10/10 @ 53lbs
