Did a kettlbell clinic with some marines in my shop...then did the following circuit.

-MILLITARY PRESSES 15L/15R @ 70lbs
-H2H SWINGS x 30 @ 53lbs
-KETTLEBELL PYLO PUSHUPS X 20
-FIGURE 8 TO HOLD X 20 @ 53lbs
-SNATCH 15L/15R @ 60lbs
-ONE ARM JERKS 10L/10R @ 70lbs
-OVERHEAD SQUAT 10L/10R @ 60lbs
-CLEANS 15L/15R @ 53lbs
-WOOD-CHOPPERS 10L/10R @ 53lbs
-CLEAN & PUSH PRESS 15L/15R @ 60lbs
-TAME THE ARC X 10/10 @ 53lbs
