Thanks for that. The beginner program makes sense of course. Lack of proper mobility and flexibility along with inadequate technique is my biggest issue right now. I think the main roadblock is mental -- it's hard to reset to a novice level after making progress for so long and being an "intermediate" in the SS program. BTW I need to make a correction to my original post -- that 405 back squat is low bar, not high bar. Must have been tired while I was typing...
