Super set w/ following triplet:
A. 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 KB swings @ 70lb (american swing)
B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 KB snatch @ 53lb (both sides)
C. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand pushups
afterwards practiced some snatch balance and box jumps. Wrist feeling better...still tender.

Eventually had to just start cleaning it from the jump...wrist was hurting from power clean to front squat.
