Super set w/ following triplet:

A. 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 KB swings @ 70lb (american swing)
B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 KB snatch @ 53lb (both sides)
C. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand pushups

afterwards practiced some snatch balance and box jumps. Wrist feeling better...still tender.


10 reps of bear complex @ 185lbs
power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
push press

Eventually had to just start cleaning it from the jump...wrist was hurting from power clean to front squat.

3x3 clean pull + hang clean @ 185lbs

3x5 double KB press (2 70lb KB)


Heavy bag plus some KB work...


Double KB Clean Pull + Hang Clean
worked up to 70lb
