Back on IF. I started the Warrior Diet 3 weeks ago. I find it easier while I am at work compared to the Lean Gains approach.
However when I'm home on the weekends I switch it up to a leangains style of IF..
So far it's been working wonders for me in the composition department. Training has been hittting on all cylinders as well.
