Clean & Jerk
*all and all the cleans felt good...I was down in a deep hole after 100kg...but powered up pretty well. Would have like to have my elbows up higher on the jerks. I was off balanced in my jerks...first time lifting over 100kg in a month. Felt easier than last time I lifted.
275lbs x 5 / 280lbs x 5 / 280lbs x 4 (went down too fast on last one..had to drop it.)
*I am hooked to high bar back squats....I don't think I'll ever go back to low bar unless to do a 20 rep set or something like that.
Long session today....over 2.0 hrs...I'm lucky to have such a good shop.
