400m hill run
3 rounds:
5 clean & push press/power jerks @ 135lbs
5 handstand pushups
400m hill run
2 rounds:
5 clean & push press/ power jerks @ 155lbs
400m hill run
3 clean and power jerks @ 205lbs
I shouldn't have done the metcon....
I still feel spent...even while writing this...I'm sure this will affect my lifting tomorrow....
