Not a good lifting today for me....due to lifting yesterday to make up for missing Monday.

Hang Clean (hip) + Hang Snatch (knee)
220lbs x 1 hip missed the knee
felt super weak on these today....
No time for front squats either....all and all...one of my worst sessions as far as how I felt....super stressed due to work, feeling underfed, confidence wasn't all that high either.
