Weighted Chin-Up

First set went up very easy, felt like I had an easy 5.

DB Row
60x5x10


Didn't do them slow and controlled today. I'm used to not heaving it up with my hips now, so I'm speeding it up to push the weight for awhile.

Barbell Shrug
145x5x12


Probably too aggressive an increase.
