Attempted a kettlebell conditioning circuit afterwards...didn't have any gas in the tank...its been an off week for me this week.
I think the warrior diet is not fitting into my current training....the first 3 weeks were great....I lost some stubborn fat...currently at 191-192. Lifts are all good...but I'm starting to feel lathargic....
I do love the IF approach....
May start lean gains next week...with a protein shake before training.
I'm also going to change up my lifting scheme as well. The pendlay beginner program keeps me in the gym for like 2 hours. Way too long since I work out during during lunch.
