overhead press - 45 x 5, 65 x 5, 75 x 5, 85 x 5, 110 x 1, 130 x 1

back squat- 45 x 8, 65 x 5, 85 x 10, 110 x 10, 130 x 10

Notes:
-Day 3 week 2 5/3/1 phase 1 full body part 2
-DL - Put DL's first today and i think it made a difference
