Hey Everyone, I am not new to the idea of Oly-lifting (ie. garage crossfit), however I am new to focusing on perfecting my techniques in pursuit of only Oly-lifting. I will post a few links to vids and would appreciate any and all feedback, as I really want to develop my technique and strength in this awesome sport.
For the front squat vid: I feel some pain in the thoracic region after doing higher weight FS- based on the video do you think that is a result of a weak core, failure to keep my elbows high, too much weight, or something else? Thanks for any and all help. Found:
