Any tips greatly appreciated. Still not bringing bar into body i thought he did better with this aspect during snatch. I think elbows on clean look better than last post. Also he does a thing wrist hitch move move in middle of 2nd pull, he says he feels like he losing his grip, and this is a JR. 10kg bar. Suggestions on practice lifts would be great. We have been doing segment pulls with light weight, tall cleans, and jerk balance as a warm-up of sorts. Any thoughts on what we should add or subtract from that routine.
