Hey guys, I've had this problem for quite a while. I'm not sure if it's because of hip tightness or just bad habits ingrained. But I only start to do this when I go above 85% of my 1RM.
Any cues or exercises suggested to fix this?

It's because you're not using your legs at all and are reaching your hips into the bar. Bring the bar back to your hips and jump
