Didn't time it. Pretty brutal for me...Haven't ran for a while...and my pulled hip flexor was not feeling it.
Later on worked on some 3 postion snatch and snatch. Worked up to 175lbs snatch x 1. Then hit the heavy bag for 2 5 minute rounds.
