I've found the whole IF concept very forgiving on the long run. In my experience the biggest factor is a large, carb heavy meal for dinner.
It works particularly well for me given that most of my training sessions are in the late afternoon.
Out of most sites, Nate Miyaki's seems the most sensible in my opinion.
